Detailed itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival in Delhi
Arrival at New Delhi Airport and meet and transfer to Hotel.
Day 2: Delhi - Agra
After breakfast we leave for Agra in Uttar Pradesh. The distance of around 200 Km is covered in a few hours. Arrive in Agra, check into the hotel and refresh yourself. Then we leave for an Agra Tour where we will tour the grand Agra Fort. The Mughal Emperor Akbar built this majestic fort, with later additions by the Emperors Jahangir and Shah Jahan. Within the fort there are grand palaces, halls of private and public audience and formal gardens. Return to your hotel and stay overnight.
Day 3: Agra - Jaipur
Rise early and visit the Taj Mahal at 6:00 a.m. See the breathtaking sight of the Taj Mahal, along with the sunrise. The early morning light is perfect for taking photographs of this beautiful monument in white marble. The best example of Islamic architecture in India, the Taj Mahal built by Emperor Shah Jahan for his queen Mumtaz Mahal, is a symbol of everlasting love, which you can see on tours to India with Popular India Vacations.
Return to the hotel for breakfast. After breakfast we proceed to Jaipur. On the way we stop at Fatehpur Sikri, a beautiful city built by Emperor Akbar but later abandoned. There are many grand monuments in Fatehpur Sikri, including a large mosque - the Jama Masjid, a beautiful palace - the Panch Mahal, and a grand gateway - the Buland Darwaza.
On our way to Jaipur we stop at the Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary a famous wildlife reserve in India where you can see thousands of birds nesting in the trees in the Bharatpur National Park. Arrive in Jaipur in the evening and check into your hotel, where you will stay overnight.
Day 4: Jaipur
After breakfast enjoy a daylong city tour of Jaipur. In the well planned Pink City of Jaipur built by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh you will see the beautiful facade of the Hawa Mahal palace, the City Palace which also contains a museum, the Jantar Mantar astronomical observatory and take a trip to Amer Fort, 11 Km from Jaipur where you can enjoy an elephant ride to Amer Fort. Within the fort there are many palaces and royal buildings. Return to your hotel to stay overnight.
Day 5: Jaipur- Goa
After breakfast leave for the airport for the flight to Mumbai and then to Goa. Goa is a beautiful state on the West Coast of India, with beautiful beaches, sunny weather and facilities for watersports. Goa also has many churches, monuments and beautiful landscape, so you'll enjoy sightseeing in Goa. Arrive in Goa, check into your hotel and relax. Later you can enjoy the ambience of the beautiful beach in front of your hotel.
Day 6: Goa
Spend a day enjoying the sunny weather and golden sands of the beaches of Goa. Today we visit some of the best beaches in Goa, including Anjuna Beach, Calangute Beach and Baga Beach. You can enjoy sunbathing, swimming, water sports and seafood. Watch the spectacular sunset from a beach in Goa, India. Return to your hotel to stay overnight.
Day 7: Goa
Today we visit the beautiful Dona Paula Beach, a serene seaside paradise where you can spend a relaxed day. You can also see the nearby harbor and fishing village. In the afternoon you can take a tour of the heritage monuments and churches of Goa. Return to your hotel to stay overnight.
Day 8: Goa - Mumbai - Departure
Transfer to the airport to board the flight to Mumbai. In Mumbai we will help you transfer to the international airport to board your flight to your onward destination.
